SOCUBE SOLUTIONS reserves the right in refusing to host any site deemed unsuitable*

SOCUBE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to refuse its services or access to any account deemed to have been used inappropriately. Violation of policy will result on immediate suspension of the account involved OR immediate termination of service (for customized solutions, ie: web design, logo design and web application development based on customer requirements) without refund.

This Terms of Use is a legal agreement between you and SOCUBE SOLUTIONS. If you do not agree with the terms mentioned above, we advice you do not use/purchase any of our services/products and exit now. By entering and using this site you agree on this Terms of Use. All personal information collected through this Web Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These policies may change from time to time without prior notice. Please read them before purchasing our products or services.

*The determination of what is deemed unsuitable or prohibited shall be solely made by SOCUBE SOLUTIONS.

Disallowed Sites
SOCUBE SOLUTIONS will not host the following sites:

Billing
The billing cycle will be in accordance to the packages purchased. The date when the customer signs up will be the billing date. Where the clients are unable to settle their bills, we will suspend the account involved and may terminate the account if the outstanding bills remain unsettled for a continuous period of seven (7) working days.

Credit cards Payment
All the information that passes through and between your computer and our site/our out-sourced vendors is codified using the highest available technology. Thus when we/our out-sourced vendors receive your data, and then transfer them outside the Internet, it is transferred through a safe system of transmission. This procedure does not allow a third party to access your personal information, nor the data of your credit card. Together with this, in order to guarantee your security, we do not keep the referring information of your credit card after the process of your payment finished.

Cancellation of Service
The cancellation of service must be made in writing with at least two weeks (14 days) notice in advance. No refund will be made to any cancellation of service unless there are deposits involved where in this case, the deposits will be refunded once all outstanding monies owed to SOCUBE SOLUTIONS has been settled. Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the Company Management.

Liabilities
In no circumstances or at any time will SOCUBE SOLUTIONS be held liable for any claims resulting from loss of data or information to client's business. The use of customized web applications/solutions, e-mail and web hosting services is under client's sole risk. SOCUBE SOLUTIONS will not be held liable for any problems arising from, but not limited to, virus infections, domain name problems, Internet bandwidth, power outages, Internet connectivity or unauthorised access by any third party.
